Flexible and personalised home care packages

GoCo home care packages provide flexibility, allowing you to pick and choose the services that best suit you.

We understand that your care needs are unique. We will never take a ‘one size fits all’ approach with you or your loved ones. Our homecare packages are individually tailored to meet your specific needs.
GoCo is a Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provider. Our job is to broker a care plan for you that best suits your individual situation and requirements.

We can provide support at every level, including ‘just needs a helping hand’ low level care, to comprehensive care if your requirements are more complex.

Some of the services in our homecare packages that you may wish to take advantage of include:

  • General lifestyle support. This includes help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and gardening. It might also include transport to and from shops, social activities, medical centres, or appointments, as per your needs.
  • Individual care. This includes personal care such as showering, dressing and general mobility.
  • Medical or health services. This includes wound cleaning or dressing changes, hearing related services and vision related services.
